Sometimes, we take for granted the everyday experiences most of us had growing up that play an important role in shaping who we become along the way. Children in foster care often times miss out on many of these opportunities that provide many life lessons and chances to practice a variety of skills needed throughout their lifetime. This training provides an overview of the Reasonable and Prudent Parenting Standard which details how caregivers and child welfare agencies can ensure normalcy occurs for youth in care.
