A Center for Hope
A Permanent Home for Advocacy. A Brighter Future for Children.
For nearly 40 years, CASA Kane County has stood beside children in foster care — advocating for their safety, stability, and permanency. Now, we are taking a bold step to secure our own permanent home so we can continue serving children for generations to come.
Why We Need a Center for Hope
CASA Kane County currently operates out of the Kane County Courthouse and in the near future, our current space will no longer be available. We see this as an opportunity to strategically develop a new home where advocates prepare for life-changing work, volunteers receive essential support and training, and our team ensures continuity of care—helping children feel seen, heard and valued.
With Your Support, We Will:
SECURE
a stable, long-term space where CASA Kane County's mission can grow and thrive while building reserves to support annual maintenance costs.
ENHANCE
Child Advocacy and Programming to ensure every child has the support, resources, and voice they need to thrive, and every volunteer is equipped to make a lasting impact.
BUILD
sustainable support by securing long-term resources that strengthen CASA's sustainability-ensuring every child has a dedicated advocate today, tomorrow, and in the future.
Strategic
Objectives
1. Secure a Stable, Long-Term Space
Establish a stable, long-term space where CASA Kane County’s mission can grow and thrive. A permanent home will strengthen collaboration, support volunteers and staff, and ensure consistent, high-quality services for children and families. CASA will also establish reserves to ensure long-term sustainability and responsibly cover ongoing facility costs without diverting resources from direct advocacy for children.
2. Enhance Child Advocacy and Programming
Enhance CASA’s advocacy programs to ensure every child receives the highest level of support and every volunteer is equipped to make a lasting impact. As part of our strategic plan, we are strengthening staff and volunteer training, improving cross-system collaboration, expanding access to healing and well-being resources, and advancing prevention and early intervention efforts-so children receive timely, coordinated, culturally responsive support and families are connected to the right help at the right time.
3. Build Sustainable Support
Increase long-term funding to secure CASA’s future- supporting both a permanent home and the programs within it. Through endowment, legacy, and planned giving, you help create lasting financial stability that ensures every child will have an advocate today, tomorrow, and for generations to come.
Campaign Cabinet
Investment in the Future
Home for Hope represents a one-time capital investment that will secure CASA Kane County’s future.
