As of late October 2019 – we have mailed printed documents regarding the new fingerprinting process. Please fill it out and mail back to the CASA office. If you are unsure where your papers are, please use the links below.

1. Read the Fingerprinting Protocol Directions
2. Review the Sample Application
3. Fill out the Application
4. Mail the application back to the CASA Kane County Office, 100 S. Third St. #461, Geneva, IL 60134
