Volunteers (CASA/GAL’s) with CASA Kane County (Court Appointed Special Advocates/Guardian Ad Litem) are assigned to children who need a guardian to advocate on their behalf for the court in cases of abuse and neglect.
CASA’s represent the children in court, school, health checkups and other areas where children would need adult support. They are the eyes and ears of the court on behalf of a child. These volunteers are unbiased and truly have the child’s best interests in mind.
