This training will provide a brief overview of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, with a particular focus on cultural humility and bias.
Learning Objectives include examine and increase self-awareness to understand and address cultural/racial bias, explore the differences between cultural competency and cultural humility, and learn strategies to reduce bias and promote positive cross-cultural interactions.
