Luggage of Love is an annual third party event hosted by APEX CPAs & Consultants, Inc. to benefit the children and families served by CASA Kane County. Children in foster care frequently have few belongings; just a couple of outfits, photographs, and a stuffed animal or toy. When they are moved between families, these children are often must carry their few keepsakes and belongings in plastic trash bags. Carrying their items in bags can make them feel shameful, confused, and embarrassed – yet another reminder of how little they have.

Luggage of Love strives to provide new suitcases and personal items for children in foster care, to help them feel the love and support of their community while on their journey to a safe and permanent home.
