If you suspect abuse or neglect, you have a social responsibility to report it. In addition, State Law requires Mandated Reporters report any suspected neglect or abuse.
- 1-800-25-ABUSE – Call this Illinois DCFS Abuse Hotline toll-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Mail this report to the nearest office of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, Attention: Child Protective Services.
