Please join us for “Tech Check,” on how to best use Zoom, TEAMS, Outlook, and input your CEU hours into Optima! We will go over how to properly set up your Zoom display name for Court purposes; discuss TEAMS updates for upcoming trainings; review Outlook and how to edit and share reports through your portal; and review the Credit Key to optimize the number of credit hours YOU earn. We will spend a half hour reviewing step by step processes. We will then have an additional half hour for any questions you may have.
