Refuge for Women provides long-term residential programs for survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. This presentation will shed light on the issues surrounding trafficking and exploitation, particularly as they affect children and youth in the child welfare system.  With a focus on awareness and prevention, CASA volunteers will learn to recognize risk factors, grooming tactics, and online safety concerns, and gain insight to support early intervention and informed advocacy for the children they serve.
