- Dispositional Report to the Court
-
- Session 5 focused on the Dispositional Report to the Court. Each of you worked with a partner or in a small group to write the Case History as well as the Findings and Recommendations for one party to the case. You will want to have a complete Dispositional Case Report to the Court. Therefore, one member of your group will email a Word version of your Case History, Findings, and Recommendations to the Casemaster by the date your instructor designates.
- Your instructor will use your Case Histories, Findings, and Recommendations to compile an entire report. The Casemaster will then send you a complete Dispositional Report to the Court. You should read the complete report, compare its contents to the Rubric for the Dispositional Report to the Court, and bring any questions/comments you have to Session 6.
To review the key points you heard about report writing in Session 5, listen to Podcast #8 on Report Writing (found at http://www.casakanecounty.org/ under CASA University: Podcast Training).
- Read Case Items 19-21 that you received via email from the Casemaster.
Complete the ICQNS (Information, Concerns/Questions, NextSteps) form on Case Items 19-21, and bring the completed ICQNS sheet to Session 6. - Complete items on the Task Lists for Case Items 19-21.
The following document is in the Case Materials folder for Session 6. Print it and bring it to Session 6.
